Initial Dental Exam/Consultation that might include: Exam, Cleaning, Fluoride, and/or X-rays. ALL patients must get an initial exam/consultation before any procedures can be schedule. This is an APPOINTMENT REQUEST ONLY, we will contact you to confirm date/time availability.
